Teem Photonics team

Antoine Kevorkian CEO and Founder, started as Project Manager in Power Electronics & Optical Sensors at Schneider Electric. He was later put in charge to set up and run an Industrial Research consortium for Schneider Electric, Radiall and three Public Laboratories. In 1998, he founded Teem Photonics, introducing to the market novel amplification and passive functions with the ioNext technology and later diversified the activity portfolio with the acquisition of the sub-ns microchip laser unit from JDS Uniphase (now Lumentum). Antoine holds Engineering and MS degrees in Physics, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Grenoble INP and University of California San Diego, a PhD in Optoelectronics (’87) and the Research Direction Habilitation from Grenoble INP.

Herve Hautin, Chief Operating Officer, has joined Teem Photonics in 2001. Prior to Teem, Herve worked for Philips Semiconductors and Philips  Lighting) , at various positions (IT engineer, Waferfab manager, Test and Backend manager, Plant manager for a 100M€ &500 people factory). Herve has broad knowledge about operation in a high-tech and global environment, as well as experience for cost effective mass volume manufacturing. He has an Engineer degree from ISEP Paris (Institut Superieur d’Electronique de Paris).

Grégoire Souhaite , CTO, has joined Teem Photonics in 2005. He presently leads the development and industrialization of Laser and IoNext technologies. He previously worked for JDS Uniphase, Anritsu, GNNettest and Photonetics. He has been involved in development and industrialization of lasers and nonlinear optics for 20 years, working on microchip lasers, fiber amplification as well as laser architectures and optical systems for Telecom applications. Grégoire graduated from the Institut d’Optique Graduate School (Palaiseau, France) in 1997.
